Pack Label Ship is a game-changer for our business. It seamlessly integrates into our order fulfillment process, adding a layer of efficiency and customization that we didn't know we needed. One of the standout features is the ability to add free marketing items to orders post-purchase but pre-importation by our 3PL. This means that we can surprise and delight our customers without any hassle on our end. Whether it's inserting thank-you notes, promotional materials, or free samples, PLS automates the process based on rules we set up. These rules are easy to set up by product, order or customer tags. Another impressive feature is the level of control it gives us over our shipping process. By utilizing our product dimensions and customizable rules, we can dictate exactly how each order is packaged and shipped. This not only enhances the customer experience but also streamlines our fulfillment operations, saving us time and reducing errors. Another standout feature is the Physical Marketing Automation, which allows us to personalize the unboxing experience for our customers, even if our 3PL doesn't support it natively. (EX; I can set up rules for specific orders to include gift boxes or tissue that are listed as products within our 3PL) We're just getting started with it, but it's been a great experience so far and the support is highly responsive!

How did it take so long to find an app like this?? We use this app to seamlessly add products to orders without our customers seeing them at checkout. Example use cases for us: -B2B/Wholesale orders: Adding in samples or catalogues etc -Free surprise gifts to customers -Post cards, samples, other types of collateral for our 3PL and warehouse to pick and pack accordingly. Our warehouse can only pack items that are on the order itself, so this app has helped with that tremendously! There is a lot of custom logic you can do based on customer and order tags as well. (IE you can put specific items in a customers first order to elevate their first impression) We're just getting started loving this app, and can't wait to run more ideas through it.

We switched to PLS from MYSA after they increased prices. It's more intuitive and is better suited to what we wanted to do.

Wow, this app is a breeze to navigate! We've only scratched the surface of its capabilities, but the features we've utilized have already considerably simplified our warehouse operations. Currently, we're automatically including shop rugs in orders for our loyal customers who have reached a certain spending threshold on their lifetime orders. Just imagine how effortless it would be to incorporate enticing promotions or attach personalized flyers based on each customer's unique purchase history. This app truly streamlines our workflow!
