RPTR Instagram Feed Connect

Needed a Instagram feed that was clean, has customization options and was easy to install. Ticked all the boxes and support was quick to respond when needed. Definitely worth trying.

Just installed, haven't got a chance to work with it much but it seems to be working as needed! Hopefully it will be worth the monthly fee as this was a free feature before

5 PLUS Stars for this app! Incredible customer service. Install was easy, just a few clicks from 'add app' to finish. I saw another review where they said they had to add code, although that is an option if you want, you can actually just select where you want it on your page and then press 'install'. What's really great about this app is the company. I asked them to make a few changes and they did it within an hour of installing the app. I was shocked by the top notch service. Not only was it fast, but the changes were done perfectly. They made it look just like the other sections of my sight (heading, underscores, padding, etc.). It looks much better than the native Shopify Instagram feed that is no longer available on March 2nd. In the end, I'm left with a better version of an Instagram feed, with more options for web visitors and a cleaner look. Perfectly integrated with the look of my site.

I checked many apps with the new instagram feed and this is the best! Easy to install and the customer service is just perfect. We had an issue with the positioning on the site and it was solved in a few hours. Just great! Highly recommendable!

I installed this app in our store and unfortunately due to my specific store setup and configuration, this app will not work for us. So why the 5 star review you may ask?? I contacted Raptor support with the issue we were having. They looked at our store setup and identified the issue. Instead of changing our store setup which could damage other areas in the store, or making up some excuse, Raptor support told us what the problem was, they were ethical in letting us know their app was not the best solution for our particular store and they made sure we were not charged for our time on the app. With all the apps available and the way we store owners take leaps of faith many times on installing these apps - it is great to come across an app owner with the business ethics and integrity that Raptor showed me. If this app will work for your store, I highly recommend it based on the ethical and quick response I received from Raptor support.

Amazing App. My Instagram feed looks incredibly professional and organized. You can place the feed on any page you like and there are ample options to customize the look and feel. Installs in a snap. You will be up and running in less than a minute. This is a must have App.

The app looks so sleek, exactly what we were looking for! The installation was also very easy and took us about 2 minutes to set up.

So far so great. Installed the app today. We needed some help with placement and fonts. I emailed support and heard back within an hour or so. Within a few hours it was all set up. It all seems to be working well.
