There is no customer service for this product. I have submitted tickets, submitted a form on their website, and tried to email but have not received a response. I cannot get the feed to show up on the website despite numerous attempts, browsers, OS...

We tried to use this app for my website and gave us lots of errors, I repeatedly try to get support and contact them directly but they never responded. I was looking forward to use an affordable app for our website but too bad that they dont respond or help

Amazing customer service! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Jack was incredibly responsive and I'm very happy with this app. Totally worth the monthly fee if you're looking to build brand trust on site. A great way for potential customers to see our happy customers using our presets. I can definitely see it increasing our conversion rate. Thank you again!!!
