SKORDO review for Wave: Instagram feed & TikTok

Unbelievably unethical and fraudulent business practices. We signed up for the app last year (It was a different logo with a different title). It was $4.99/month, as it is still advertised in the app store. We looked at our bill this month and realized we had been charged $49/month for the last few months! When I chatted with the app developers about this claim they said we upgraded the account to a new level in June and that they can't do anything about it since they cannot access our billing account. We have 2 instagram galleries, why would we have ever upgraded our account? The answer is we did not. It seems this app was acquired and they just put the current users in new plans without any warning or approval. Now we are out $150 dollars for an app that was supposed to be $15 for that same time period.
Hi team at SKORDO, Please accept our apologies for such a negative experience with our app. And I hope that I can change your mind in a better way! 🙏🏻 Please let me note that recently we launched our new interface for the app dashboard and after that, we changed our pricing plan for the Instagram app and now we have only one Pro plan for $4.95. However, we're not able to change the plan instead of you and we don't have any permission to do that. Since it can be done only by the owner of the store. I’d love the opportunity to discuss your concerns further with you. I’m hopeful this will give you a chance to share any part of your story that wasn’t told before as well as offer some resolution from our side on how we can help make things right between us. If there are other ways I can help, please let me know!
