It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design. Update 2022/12/22 I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem. It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.
