InterestPrint has been great to work with. The custom designed products made for my Shopify store, and for personal events have been great. Great quality products with great prints. The custom designs came out exactly as they were supposed to. I will be continuing to design more custom products for myself and my Shopify store.

I've been using InterestPrint for the last 2 years and have been happy with them. Occasionally, where a problem arises they've been responsive and able to help me resolve the problem. Sometimes the time zone differences make for a delayed response, but they still handle the issues quickly.

I’ve been using InterestPrint for over seven years and the app when it became available. Not only does the app work seamlessly with my Shopify site, the quality of the products and the quality of the printing is excellent. Their customer service is also excellent. I have been using InterestPrint for nearly 5 years now and have watched them grow and improve. The primary products of theirs that I sell are Men's and Women's Hawaiian shirts. The Mens pocket version in particular. My customers absolutely love them! I get feedback all the time about how high quality the shirt material is and how awesome they are. I have to agree. I bought some myself. Last time I read, InterestPrint had something like 400 employees in their China location. Their capabilities and POD experience are in place and they are well established. They have a large catalog of products to choose from and they are always adding more. Find which of their items works for your business and leverage their powerful Print On Demand to achieve your eCommerce business' goals as me and many others have.

I've worked with IP for 2-3 years now. I usually place my orders directly on their website, not via the app which I just installed. I work with a few suppliers based in China and IP is one of my most reliable ones. They are very fast, most of my orders ship in 4-5 days with them. Lately I had a special request for a bag that someone wanted to wear for an Awards and they agreed to ship it in 1 day... which is incredible for an item completely made to order ! I highly recommend them. Develop good relationship, be understanding and you will be well looked after. The only thing that I'm not too amazed with on their website are the mockups but with Chat GPT now, we can totally work around that. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Interest Print has been a great partner for my customization-focused business. Warning to fellow POD sellers: Avoid InterestPrint. They will leave you hanging. I’ve been using InterestPrint, and unfortunately, I need to share my experience to warn others. Here's what happened: InterestPrint caused a serious synchronization issue because they used the same SKU for different size variants — a setup that is explicitly against Shopify’s protocol. Shopify has clearly confirmed to me (with proof) that this SKU issue was the cause of order processing failures. Instead of owning up to their mistake, InterestPrint refused to take responsibility. They blamed Shopify, Etsy, everyone but themselves. They delayed responses repeatedly, ignored my confirmations, and stalled the conversation every step of the way. Meanwhile, I had to do all the legwork — contacting Shopify, checking every technical detail, and confirming the issue multiple times — only to have InterestPrint brush it off and leave me without a solution. What’s worse? I had to refund my buyer out of my own pocket (over $40 extra to compensate for the trouble), and InterestPrint still refuses to cover the cost they owe me, totaling over $70. They: Never admit their fault Make you do all the work Delay, ignore, and avoid responsibility Still owe me money after costing me my buyer’s trust I have documented proof, and after being ignored, I’m sharing this to warn others. Please think twice before trusting them — there are more reliable POD suppliers out there who won’t treat your business and customers this way.

So far, my experience with this POD has been wonderful! I love the updates they made to their website! I received updates promptly for my sample order (tote bag). And i really wish I could share a photo. The QUALITY (100%) and VIBRANT (100%) print was outstanding, seriously! Very pleased seller and look forward to working with them once I launch!
