Scammers>> This company is absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I send a parcel through them, it either gets lost or takes an extremely long time to arrive. The delivery times never match the information they provide in their quote, which is completely misleading. What’s even worse is their customer support. When I raise an issue, it takes 2–3 weeks just for them to start doing anything. By that point, the situation is already frustrating and often unresolved. This is not a professional company — it’s a complete mess. I genuinely believe they should be removed from the Shopify platform because they are damaging businesses that rely on reliable shipping services. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Shipping costs are competitive, but the app has several limitations. Amazon and eBay orders imported via Shopify Marketplace Connect are not automatically fetched and must be entered manually. Interparcel tracking references are also not recognised by Tracking apps in Shopify, therefore shipment status always remains at "Tracking added". Work around requiring manual updates using the carrier’s native tracking number, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

Setting up the Interparcel app for our Shopify store has involved a fair bit of configuration to suit our business, but the support we've received—especially from Daisy—has made a big difference. She's been prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It's been great to have such responsive support while getting everything in place.
