Downloaded to use the Free App as we only have a handful of products and it wont let me choose the free plan - am forced into a paid plan
We are sorry :( A recent release caused this bug. We have fixed this mistake now. Please try the app again. It'll display the Free plan option now. We worked on a weekend to roll out an emergency fix as soon as we were notified of your review. It is the same kind of responsive support you will receive as a customer. You can contact us on Live Chat from inside the app if you have any questions in the future.

Very helpful for forecasting inventory and allows us to order an accurate amount. The customer service has been responsive and helpful so far and they've been able to take care of our questions/issues.

First of all, i tried all apps for forecasting that are below 300€ per month. This app isnt the most beautiful one, maybe it is in the top 3 of ugly designed apps ive ever used before in shopify. BUT it is exactly doing what it should and im absolute happy with the functions and the price, so im fine with using it even its not a design award winner! thanks for that app!

I downloaded about 10 apps and STOCKBOT was the most accurate. Love that you can customize lead times and forecasting is based on past sales for accurate analysis.

We've tried this app specifically for the Forecasting feature. It's unfortunately very limited and quite useless, as it's only able to fetch the last year of data. Nothing before that, despite allowing to choose from broader dates. Customer support wasn't very transparent about this limitation at first, but they were reactive, and helpful about the other questions.

Updated review: Stock bot team took it up with Shopify for the excess billing done and have worked out the refunds to our account. I want to also share a feedback that we started to use this because we found the forecast data to be more accurate in stockbot compared to other similar apps. I suggest that they bring up the features that they promise in a time bound manner as the app still needs to bring features such as PO creations (which most other apps have), a much better interface and more enhancements. Just installed the app and have used it for a week so far and I am enjoying it. I needed a tool that could inform me of my stock/inventory numbers via email and this tool does that. I like the simple platform and ease of setting things up

Have been seeking an inventory tracking app to not only send low stock alerts, but also do forecasting for projecting product manufacturing. This does it! And it does it well. Amazing app and amazing support!

It's great- I like the screenshot it provides in the email so I don't have to go into the spreadsheet, which is hard on the eyes.

We use this to track our inventory on faster moving items. Had a glitch first they fixed it with one email and less than a day. Very good response. It now works well. Yes, I recommend them.

Really works wonders. A life saver! Daily emails telling me exactly where my inventory is. So simple and so great. And the customer support is insane. I get super fast replies with custom screenshots and walk throughs.

Great app. I like the fact that I can export sales reports by inventory and with some Google Sheet formula I can see what I need to buy. Inventory re-stock simplified.

We looked for a simple/robust stock monitoring app for a long time (and tested several). Most were bloated or just didn't go a good job. StockBot has been crushing it for us since we installed it. We can review all of our low stock items at a glance from inside the app, we get daily summary emails, and up-to-the-hour emails on items that went below our low stock threshold during the business day. We are a small company with about 100 SKUs and StockBot greatly simplifies monitoring stock levels. Before, we'd regularly have inventory issues where an item stocked out on the site but we had more on the shelf. At least now we can get an alert and double check.

Great app that notifies us when we are low in stock of products so that we have time to re-order without going out of stock! Can't run our business without it.
