Excellent app with extremely fast and effective customer service! We tried several apps before, but this one is by far the best.
Very pleased with this App, we have a store with an inventory of around 350 SKUs, IFH has been super useful helping us plan stock levels and keep on top of things. Thank you!

Customer Service is active and helpful.
Your co-worker is able to login to the app daily. So this seems something specific to your browser that is interfering with Shopify app login. Based on the screen recording you shared we released a custom fix within 24 hours that should solve your problem. Let us know if that works.
So far great app. Can't find anything I could add at this moment.
I've not long been using IFH but it is a very good app for my needs. If you keep on top of a lot of stock or have lots of different - and long - lead times, this is a good tool. The support team have also been very responsive.
Re-ordering has been much easier. Simple and straightforward interface

Very good inventory planning app. Lets me see what products to purchase in advance. Needs more functions to isolate a product type or by manufacturer so you can order more at the same time from the same manufacturer.
This is a good start to forecasting. They are adding features frequently and have responded to questions and suggestions. Our business has been growing, and this app has been integral in managing our demand. They currently don't have anything that creates POs based on the forecast instantly, I know many businesses do like this feature. So I'd keep that in mind. If you need to start generating forecasts, without tons of frills give this app a try.

This is the best inventory tracking app I have tried and I have searched through several and tested 3. Its still in its development stages, but seems to do forecasting well, so I just need to look at the app to see how many of each SKU I need to order from the factory to stay stocked for 30 days, or how every many days you set in the settings.

Quite a useful app. Simple but effective for seeing which products should be ordered based on sales volume during a previous user-selected date range. As the founder of a brand with very seasonal sales, if I could ask for something, it would be a simple way of forecasting sales for the coming months by analysing the same period of the previous year. Obviously, this would only be useful for products that actually existed in the previous year but I'm sure it would be useful for many businesses like ours. Anyway, very satisfied with the app and also the support. Recommended!

Regarding your feedback about seasonal sales, we have a feature where you can choose a timeframe from the previous year and apply a growth percentage on it to forecast sales for the current year. We are open to any improvements you need from the app that'll benefit most customers.
This app stands out to me for its simplicity and straightforward interface. It does exactly what it's meant to do! It tells you when to reorder inventory, and how many, based on sales history and per-product adjustable parameters like lead time and desired days of inventory. Simple. It doesn't require you to switch to a new inventory system. You can continue using Shopify as normal and this app will save you time and frustration. Looking forward to seeing this app continue to grow and improve with the new upcoming features. Update: This app continues to be a key part of my workflow. Recent features and improvements have hit the mark. Now you can get email alerts when it's time to reorder. Fantastic! And it takes into account purchase orders so it knows that you have more inventory on the way.

following needed features. 1) We can not filter by vendor 2) We can not filter by locations. 3) We can not filter by top selling products.
Thank you for your feedback letting us know the features you need. 1) We implemented 'filter by vendor' within a couple of days of your feedback since we were already working on it for another customer :) 2) 'filter by top selling products' was already available in the app by simply sorting the Revenue column. Our Customer Success person explained to you over phone how to use both these features the same week . Thank you for giving us the time for the demo. 'filter by locations' as we explained is a complex project and is expected to take many months to develop. It is in our product roadmap for next year. I'll reach out to you personally once it is ready to use. We will update our app store listing to make it more clear about the features we don't have yet. But I'm glad you were able to use the 14-day free trial period to try out the app and find out if the features offered fit your needs

La verdad es una muy buena APP, respecto precio calidad la encuentro muy bien. Como recomendación me gustaría que mostrara el historial de ventas, y no solo el promedio por mes, ya que las promociones hacen que suban las ventas.

Thank you, our life has become easier and far less frustrating. This app has helped us a lot to improve our stock forecasting. I would have liked it to go further back than 60 days and to perhaps have a better search function but overall we are VERY happy.
