We responded in 2 minutes after you wrote, that we were investigating the issue, and we wrote back 8 minutes later, with the fix for this issue you were having and, we haven't heard from you. It is unfair to leave a 1-star review without communicating or retrying to install the app again and basing this review without experiencing the app.
I had a technical issue with my theme and reached out to the support team for help. I received quick response back from Fatih, who quickly and efficiently helped solve my problem. App started working great with my theme. The solution seems like it will work perfectly which is the most important thing - but I was also just really impressed by how patient Fatih was. He's awesome! 5 star!
