Support is unfortunately slow and the app still has some bugs to work through.

After putting all the efforts in setting up the badges, I found out that it was not satisfactory on mobile, but hats off to the support team, they resolve the issue quickly. And that's amazing, they even did changes to the other app on my request. Hats off Live support option should be there I still feel

The app I was using became a paid app so I looked for another free app. And what a free app! You can make a lot of adjustments yourself in terms of color and text. And you can translate this too. Good job!
