Unfortunately, my experience with your support team has been extremely disappointing. I’ve sent multiple messages and haven’t received a single response as if no one is even reading them! Is this really the level of service you offer? Most apps reply within an hour at most, but here there’s absolutely no engagement. If there’s no real support, then this app is completely useless, and I’ll be deleting it immediately. A service like this is simply not reliable.
