これまで手作業で行っていた請求書発行や送り状作成が、ほぼワンクリックで完結するようになりました。 特に、注文データからそのまま配送伝票CSVを出力できる点は非常に便利で、日々の作業負担が大きく軽減されています。 また、お客様自身で領収書を発行できる機能により、「請求書ください」といった問い合わせ対応もほぼ不要になったかなと思います。 私はFreeeですが、会計ソフトへのフォーマットでCSV出力が可能なため、これまで発生していた転記作業もほぼ不要です。 日々積み重なっていた細かなストレスが、一気に解消された実感があります。
