まるっと請求書 is a specialized billing app for Japanese business practices and invoice systems. It allows for easy issuance of invoices, delivery slips, receipts, estimates, and consolidated invoices with just one click. The app streamlines daily paperwork tasks by enabling customers to self-issue receipts and invoices from their order history, aligning amounts with accounting software, and generating shipping CSVs for major carriers like Yamato and Sagawa.

これまで手作業で行っていた請求書発行や送り状作成が、ほぼワンクリックで完結するようになりました。 特に、注文データからそのまま配送伝票CSVを出力できる点は非常に便利で、日々の作業負担が大きく軽減されています。 また、お客様自身で領収書を発行できる機能により、「請求書ください」といった問い合わせ対応もほぼ不要になったかなと思います。 私はFreeeですが、会計ソフトへのフォーマットでCSV出力が可能なため、これまで発生していた転記作業もほぼ不要です。 日々積み重なっていた細かなストレスが、一気に解消された実感があります。
