We like the design and functionality! We have large orders so items can take a while to load. Support is working on a solution for our large orders. EDIT: we cannot even produce an invoice at this point. Complained and no solutions have been offered!! Very frustrating since we only need a PDF invoice from time to time and we can't even get that.
Hey there! I’m sorry you had to deal with this. We’ve since rebuilt the app to handle large orders much more reliably, including faster document generation and better performance overall. The version you were using was from before we acquired the app. It unfortunately wasn’t being properly maintained, which is why issues like this went unresolved for too long. We now have a dedicated engineering team and much more responsive support. If you’re open to it, I’d really like you to try the newer version or reach out so we can help directly. :) - Sandesh / CEO
