We have had issues with the app showing that customers still owe .01 after fully paying for their order. This isnt the end of the world but we have customers asking if they need to pay that .01, etc. so we reached out to invoice falcon support multiple times with examples of the issue, asking for help to resolve it and did not hear back so we have now uninstalled and replaced it with order printer pro.
Hey there! I am really sorry you ran into this. The issue you described was part of the older version of the app from before we took over, and it was not being maintained well at the time. Since then, we have rebuilt key parts of the system, improved accuracy, and significantly upgraded support response times.
