Initially, I was skeptical that I could make Invoice Falcon work for me, but the support team went over and above to help me out and showed me how to make the adjustments I wanted. It really was the dork in me that couldn't see just how easy it was. Then when I had a new small issue arise they again went over the top and just took care of it for me.
