I selected one customer to send an invoice to them and it sent invoices to every customer I've ever had even though the UI showed one customer selected. I am in the process of dealing with over a hundred customers that think I am charging them for orders they didn't make.
Hey there! What you’re describing should never happen, and I'm sorry that it did. We’ve since rebuilt the app with a much more reliable system for sending invoices, along with stronger safeguards to prevent issues like this. The version you used was from before we took over from the previous owners and it wasn’t being properly maintained at the time. We now have a dedicated engineering team and much tighter controls in place.
