Horrendous. We didn't even use this app as it couldn't support multi currency. To our horror we then discovered it was sending automatic default emails in broken English to our customers from our *admin* email (not even our customer facing support email), and revealing personal company info. Massive fail. To the developers: if you are going to have automated default emails, at least get someone to make sure they are in good English. "Thank you for providing us the opportunity to do business with you. You will find the invoice for your recent order, attached with this mail. Signed, [CEO's personal contact details] Plz, just no.

This app is awesome, has saved me a lot of manual work as it automatically generates invoices for all the orders and saves me getting constant messages from my customers requesting invoices.

Invoice Hero is a great app! This offers the ability for customers to get invoices immediately after they place their order. This way the customers don't have to worry about whether or not their order went through and we don't get emails asking if they did. You can customize your email and signature to say exactly what you want and the response time from Invoice hero is outstanding.

works fine. Would be perfect if it would let you change language of the invoices, or let you modify the text fields to your own language. Also it is annoying you can not select multiple orders and print invoices at once.

A very good app and an extremely helpful support team. Highly recommend them. Would like to see the information on the invoice able to include our VAT number and the VAT amount for each sale.

A great solution for multi-currency. if you were looking for a multi-currency checkout. give this app a try. Yash and his support team are very responsive and willing to go an extra mile on the problem i faced. Good Job!

This is a super awesome APP and it has solved our many needs. The customer service is also top-notch and very personalized. Can't write my legal business info with VAT and company reg number so this app is useless. Should be easy to include this option.

Good free app thank you ! But in France this App is not complete with the legal informations writing. That's not on the invoice and I can't write this.

It is a free easy to use app that provides very basic functionality. What I expect more: few more options to customize invoice like adding GSTIN (Tax Identification number)

Love this app, it works just as described for orders on our website, www.hickoryridgesoaps.com. Love that you can set it and forget it, and it's free. This was a must have app for our wholesale customers.

Actually very simple, easy, and takes care of those annoying requests for PDF invoices that you'll sometimes get that aren't natively handled by Shopify. Should have installed it earlier. Downside is that it doesn't pull past orders up and only generates from new orders since install but that's okay.

First of all its, not an invoice if the customer already has paid - it's receipt! No possibility to customize at all. Waiting for updates to this app and will reactivate it when the possibility for customization.

The app is completely free and sends invoices automatically. This is exactly what I was looking for. Had a couple questions to ask and the customer service got back to me very fast with all the answers ! Great app, I highly recommend it ! I used the app to help customers create there own invoices and works great. They can request and receive after an order.

I'm happy with this app...clients receive their invoices and everyone is happy!! I can't really comment on improvements as I don't see what the client gets... I just know what my clients have told me in feedback...
