I just had a video call with Shivani Tiwari because I’m really not technical! She was so warm and instantly knew exactly what I needed to do. She even pointed out things I hadn’t noticed, like the fact that my email was still the automated version, so I quickly updated it to make it more personal. I truly appreciate her help so much. The app btw is so so simple to use! Thank you.

Wir arbeiten seit Beginn unseres Shops mit Invoice Hero zusammen. Jetzt hatten wir das erste Feature Request und die Zusammenarbeit war sehr erfolgreich. Der Kundenservice ist super und wir konnten auch direkt mit einem Entwickler sprechen. So haben wir jetzt eine sehr gute Lösung gefunden.

Excellent service here! I called for help in enabling mail sending through my domain. MLVeda were both helpful and responsive; my initial contact 'Harun' was highly proactive in getting the job done! Job done with he minimum of fuss. I just wish everyone were like this.

The invoice application worked perfectly and met all my needs. They even helped me by adding the VAT number field in the checkout, which was a great improvement. They were very attentive and responded quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

It can create an invoice and I can view it but can't email either to the customer or ourselves. There is good customization and the invoice presentation is good but if it can't send the PDF over email this app is pretty useless to us. Glad we didn't subscribe to a plan and reviewed using free plan.
