I just installed it and chat answered my question quickly so that was helpful. I haven't used the app however so can speak about it's quality.

I love the look of the invoices and it has so many customizable features. I inquired about removing some columns off the layout and Uchit helped me out a lot and went through things step by step. We weren't able to remove everything but it still looks great.

They have a great customer service when I needed help. I highly recommend it to create and send invoices. Very clear, simplified settings to adjust according to the shop's needs.

Tiene lo básico, le faltan temas, es funcional si deseas tener algo rápido y sencillo. En lo personal quisiera que tuviera mas temas para impresión.

This app is truly the best, and I have tried many! I love the easy customisation, and having 50 free monthly invoices is excellent for my micro start-up business. The customer service is always quick and very helpful! I love how they have a live chat button inside of the app. Today I spoke to Harun, that helped me find where to change my logo image, and they only took less than a few minutes to get back to me. Thank you for your excellent customer support and for creating such a great app!

Cette application est super. Elle permet d'envoyer automatiquement les factures aux clients ainsi que les CGV en PDF. Le sav est très réactif en cas de problème technique. Je recommande!

After some struggles trying to contact support, I was able to get the necessary support to help solve my issue. The team was friendly and attentive, so I'm certain that the lack of communication initially was in error, and not a lack of attention by the team at Invoice Hero. I would very much recommend their app.

This is a great working app with fantastic people behind it. App has everything we needed: automated invoices, ability to design the look how we want it and the VAT field that makes it easier to put VAT on the invoice without having to put it manually into notes. Although the VAT field is in the cart page ( not checkout- that's a shopify issue) it still works great and we had no issues with it. But what I loved the most about this whole experience is the customer service. The people are so helpful and respond within hours or even minutes. They explain everything easily, answer all the questions and give helpful advice. I highly recommend this app for everyone who is looking for what I described above, definitely a good choice! -Olga
