I love the look of the invoices and it has so many customizable features. I inquired about removing some columns off the layout and Uchit helped me out a lot and went through things step by step. We weren't able to remove everything but it still looks great.

They have a great customer service when I needed help. I highly recommend it to create and send invoices. Very clear, simplified settings to adjust according to the shop's needs.

Cette application est super. Elle permet d'envoyer automatiquement les factures aux clients ainsi que les CGV en PDF. Le sav est très réactif en cas de problème technique. Je recommande!

After some struggles trying to contact support, I was able to get the necessary support to help solve my issue. The team was friendly and attentive, so I'm certain that the lack of communication initially was in error, and not a lack of attention by the team at Invoice Hero. I would very much recommend their app.

This is a really great app! It does everything we need: automated invoices, customizable designs and they can add a VAT field to your store, that makes showing VAT on invoices and managing it so much better. Even though the VAT field is on the cart page (not checkout but that’s a Shopify thing as we are on the Basic plan), it works perfectly and we haven’t had any issues. The customer service is amazing. Harun has been a huge help, and the response time is insanely quick every time. They explain everything clearly, answer all questions and give really helpful advice. App is very easy to set up use, has a really nice layout for the invoice PDFs, and customer service was very responsive to my questions.

We’ve been using Invoice Hero for a few years, and it has been a fantastic addition to our business. Their support team was outstanding, helping us quickly sync our servers so that invoices now come directly from our business account. The app automatically sends a PDF copy of the VAT invoice to each customer, ensuring we comply with international regulations. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to use, making the entire process smooth. This app has fast and great customer service. It is easy and extremely affordable. The option to put in a customers' own P/O number for their reference is an extra that I wasn't sure I would be able to find (it carries the note over from the Shopify order into the invoice). Thank you!
