Invoicify ‑ Automatic Invoices

I rarely have to issue an invoice so I am not a big customer of this app. Nevertheless I was helped as being a big customer by Louis and his team to adapt my template to my needs. Big thanks and keep up the good customer service. That makes the difference!

I used this app to help me with invoicing, it's easy to use free for 5 invoices per month and the team are fast and really helpful

I used this app to do my invoices which had to be changed to spanish and i also needed some other coding changes. I am not a coder. The help function is excellent they got back top me within 24 hours and did all of the coding for me so I could focus on other things. The invoices look great and the copy in function is great as I am using it to notify my supplier of all orders for drop shipping.

This is a very nice app. Creates professional invoices. We use to quickly and easily send an invoice via email to customers. Highly recommended!

We absolutely LOVE this app. It has completely transformed how we do things. Our product is actually a sheet of paper with information on it, so we needed something that would email the customers a specific document when they pay. This means we needed something HIGHLY customizable, which Invoicify was the only app that could allow for that. Can't express how much we love this app, we would not have a product if it were not for them!!!!

This app did not meet our needs; I'll explain why as our situation is somewhat unique. All of our orders are custom and we need to generate invoices when orders are in draft format. This was not possible at the time we purchased the app (perhaps the function will be added in future versions--I recommend doing so). The developer was very responsive to questions and very helpful, which is why I am giving it three stars, but ultimately, it was not the app for us. After a trial period of trying to figure it out and not being able to get it to do what we needed to do, they very kindly refunded our first month's fee and we uninstalled the program.

Great little app, does exactly what we wanted which is generate PDFs of an invoice. Really easy to e-mail the customer the invoice with one click (sends it to the default e-mail address on the customer file). Their support team is super quick to help if you have any problems!

Just what we were looking for! We need to be able to create our personalized invoices and send them to the email on record and it works great! I needed to include a certain data line on our invoices, and Louis was quick to respond to my emails and help me make sure the data appears correctly. Thank you!

Great add-on to our wholesale site. There are many different templates to select from to fit the perfect one for your company. This saves us a lot of time in having to generate the invoices by hand for our wholesale customers. Customer service is wonderful as well. We had a bunch of modifications we wanted made to suit our needs and the company took care of them quickly!

With some help from Louis in support, Invoicify is no functioning properly and a great tool for Shopify users who need a proper invoicing strategy.

Last day of January it stops working I need to send invoices and it's not working. I did already 25 invoices. Program is ok, but it not working anymore. Need ASAP some new program.

We were able to test it for free as promised! Was simple to use and their support was excellent and swift! 5 Stars so far!

This is one of those things that should be native in Shopify. As long as it isn't, Invoicify along with the marvelous support by Louis is a must-have.

zero support. One fine day this tool just stops working. Email support, no reply. And we pay for the tool, mind you.

Great app - so simple to set up and use, looks great, and the support is out of this world. As a UK supplier, solves the problem of showing VAT on invoices too. Highly recommended!
