iOmniC was a great solution for us to integrate with Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor). The team was very responsive and easy to work with. They were very communicative any time I had an issue or question. My only recommendation for improvement would be to find a way for AMZ replacement orders to flow through the system. As these orders were $0 value, they served an error in the platform and did not flow into our Shopify. For this reason, we had to manually check for replacement orders.

Working with Viet and iOmniC has been a great experience and very helpful to our business. We are able to fulfil/import orders from multi-channels into our Shopify stores!

The iOmniC app is a seamless solution for integrating with ChannelAdvisor. It’s efficient, easy to use, and performs reliably. The integration team is friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process, addressing all my needs quickly. Highly recommend it.
