We have been working with Viet and Quentin in the last 12 months. They are the best team you can get to your data synced between different platform. Always very responsive and get the job done. Highly recommended.

Viet and Quinten were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, answering all of my questions, and helping to get the system set up exactly how we wanted it. Like many others we were looking for a way to compile our 3P sales data from Rithum to our Shopify store sales. So far it has worked great and has allowed us much better visibility and management of our sales and inventory. Would highly recommend if this is a roadblock you currently face or feel this could be a solution in another way. Thanks guys!

iOmniC was a great solution for us to integrate with Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor). The team was very responsive and easy to work with. They were very communicative any time I had an issue or question. My only recommendation for improvement would be to find a way for AMZ replacement orders to flow through the system. As these orders were $0 value, they served an error in the platform and did not flow into our Shopify. For this reason, we had to manually check for replacement orders.

Working with Viet and iOmniC has been a great experience and very helpful to our business. We are able to fulfil/import orders from multi-channels into our Shopify stores!
