We were dealing with alot of bot traffic and fake orders atleast attempts and abandonemtns, and other app I used didn't really solve it. Since moving to VOL fraud filter, we've seen a noticeable improvement and much cleaner traffic overall.
Support has been a big difference for us - I got a chance to spoke with founder and he guided me to try some advanced tehcniques of blocking. rare to see this on other apps, we had to wait days to get things solved. Great app that does it's job.
One thing I really appreciate is that VOL doesn’t break anything on my store. so no conversion changes observed. This one just works quietly in the background. I see all orders risky that comes with tags on - visible on exported files as well.
We switched from another fraud app to VOL Fraud Filter recently. I had issues that It was either blocking real customers or letting bots go through. With this app everything has been much more accurate and reliable so far. easy to setup and works right away and got an amazing supprot via live chat!
I got a great support here by foudner. I'd say that I tried a few fraud blocking apps before and had problems with them not actually blocking countries or bot traffic consistently. this app has been much more dependable - what we block actually gets blocked.
