all the buttons to contact support do not work, and I need to contact support in order to enable the app.

Seems like a decent product if it works out of the box, but I haven't been able to get any customer service for a couple weeks. Tried reaching out a couple different want without any luck. Tough to want to pay for that.

I downloaded it and it wanted me to pay $9.99 per month. The FREE Plan is not FREE!

Great app! They remove the watermark for free even for the free plan, so you can use all of the app's features and get a feel for it + have no watermark for the upsells, without paying anything! Very simple to use, + support is great. Thank you!

Great app and the app can be customized quite easily. We are sure we will recive quite a few upsells with the new app. Also the support is very good !

Reply on chat is almost instant and very helpful. The app is free if you have a small store which is awesome and the app itself looks great tbh!

App is not working for more than a week now, without respond from anyone... I pay much for an app which is not working.

Best upsell app I've tried, and great support. I had a small problem that they fixed within an hour of me sending my message so that's nice. I installed it this afternoon and have already made a sale with the app.

Julian has been super helpful and responsive with custom requests and fixes. This app is definitely helping to increase our AOV. It's simple, slick, and customers like it. It's not cheap, so I hope they continue to add additional features!

Nice and very useful application! Everything is set up quickly and easily. On the plus side, it works with a subscription app unlike most similar apps!
