The app/add-on works great and is the best way to make sure that your shop is compliant with the often confusing German and EU regs. After an initial negative experience with support I was contacted by one their reps who talked me through the whole set up and followed up with some other questions I had. He was brilliant and turned what was a 1 star experience into a 5 star one.
