導入して1年になります。WMS連携で、郵便局の登録と異なる漢数字などのエラーを含め1日５，６件受注データー確認があったのですが、導入後すぐにほとんどなくなりました。アプリ連携や設定はとてもシンプルですが、発送のための確認作業（データーチェック、修正、お客様確認）が大幅に減りました。

これまで受注データのチェックや住所入力不備によって発生するお客様対応に時間がとられることも少なくなかったのですが、このアプリを入れて入力不備が減ったように思います。おそらくこのアプリだけで住所バリデーションために必要な項目は網羅されているのかと。機能や操作も非常にシンプルで導入しやすいところも良かったです。
