Working with JeriCommerce has been an amazing experience. They are incredibly professional, and thanks to them we were able to bring to life the loyalty card we had always envisioned. A card with NFC technology that allows us to create real experiences inside our stores, generating a level of interaction that customers can actually feel. We went from asking customers for their email at checkout, creating queues and a poor experience, to a simple tap that gives us all the customer information we need. But the truly incredible part is what we can create with it. We have been able to connect the card to a wine machine in our Rome store, allowing customers in a higher loyalty tier to enjoy a glass of wine while shopping, or to access a secret spot in our Barcelona store. And this is just the beginning, as it opens up a whole new world of experiences for us to explore. Beyond the product itself, their support has been outstanding. The team is always helpful, proactive and incredibly solution-oriented. They truly like to grow alongside your brand, and they bring a very close and personal approach to the relationship. That was something we valued a lot when choosing to work with them, because from the beginning we felt we were not going to be just another client. We’ve been using Jericommerce fully integrated with Shopify, Klaviyo and Smile.io, and honestly, it just works. Super smooth setup, everything syncs perfectly, and we can scan our customer cards directly in Shopify POS without any hassle. The notifications and campaign features are a big plus, and the level of customization to match our brand identity is chef’s kiss.
