I am finally got to work in it. And it is getting better and better. In the Pro option I discover bulk creation of articles and will use it immediately. ALSO, chat support is excellent!. Something other developers need to emulate! Customer support is a feature that as important as other components of the app. Absence of good cs help can ruin any business. Jolt obviously took that to heart
