Swagbulk.com review for JsRates: Custom Shipping Rates

I feel so fortunate to have found this app. I have very complicated shipping rules but this app can do everything I need it to do and it wasn't hard to set up. I couldn't find any other app that can do this. The support is also fantastic. Highly highly recommended.
