Jump: Affiliate Storefronts

We’ve just started using Jump, and so far the experience has been fantastic. Luiggi has been incredibly supportive — quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely helpful. The app itself is intuitive and easy to navigate, making setup a breeze. One standout feature for us has been the way Jump handles discount generation — it’s streamlined our system and kept our discount board clean and organized. We’re excited to see the results roll in, especially with our affiliates eager to move over from our old platform.

Jump has completely transformed how we manage our affiliates and influencers! The setup was simple, the interface is intuitive, and the support team—especially Luiggi—is second to none. They genuinely care about helping brands succeed and are constantly improving the platform based on feedback. Our affiliate engagement and conversions have both skyrocketed since switching to Jump.

I wish I could give this app 6 stars!! Luiggi is amazing to work with & this is THE ONLY affordable option for small businesses / start-ups looking to streamline influencer management. Anything they don't seem to have yet, they are in the process of rolling out and are super open to ideas for bettering the app & experience. I have had a sales call with quite literally every company out there and finally found Jump and I am so thankful!!

Just getting started with the JUMP software and had a call with Luiggi. He was very helpful in helping me understand the software and the features. It was clear to see he and his team are very knowledgeable with affiliate programs and they are available to support store owners when needed. There is also helpful tutorial video's inside the app and blog posts on their website as well that have helped with my understanding. I'm looking forward to getting going and feel confident I will have the support if/when needed.

Jump has been a great platform for our affiliates to use! We love that the software lets each affiliate have his or her own storefront. Every time we have an issue or question, the Jump support team is very responsive and fixes the issue. Would recommend!

Jump has been incredible for us. Our affiliate engagement has skyrocketted and the features are SO easy to use! We find it to be very easy to navigate both on the admin end and for our affiliates. Also - I could not say enough good things about customer service. They are also very quick to respond and help us through any technical issues we ever encounter. I am always complimenting them to others as an example of incredible customer service.

We are super impressed by the Jump app. We wanted an affiliate program that would work for influencers, ambassadors, and our wholesale sellers. The process to set up was very easy and our creators love having their own storefront. We have had other affiliate programs before that were not right for us (lots of affiliates and not a lot of sales). Jump takes "affiliate" programs to the next level with the personalized storefronts and make our ambassadors more invested in the process.

The app works fine - this app company/process is horrible. I tried it, installed it and deleted it before the trial. Typically when this happens, your account is deleted as well. However, mine was not. I have to contact the company to delete and unsubscribe my account - ok. But through the app store there is no way to get a hold of them. I had to go through shopify help to get to them, and i don't even know if i was sent to the correct spot. Really poor process and customer service to make people jump through hoops to try to find you to unsubscribe.

Kudos to JUMP for simplifying affiliate program management! The 5-minute setup is no joke-it's quick and easy. The app's customization options and real-time tracking have elevated our affiliate engagement to new heights.

Amazing team and amazing support. We hopped on a call and they helped me plan the whole affiliate system out. You get much more value than the actual price you pay. Love the team and I think we will crush it

Jump has been such a game-changer for us! The setup process was a breeze, and the team there jumped on our questions immediately! We didn't wanna be like everyone else using the same boring link, and the landing pages have been really great! also love that they already have a roster of optional ambassadors to open up to right away to help us spread the word!

Jump Shops has helped to streamline our Ambassador program. The organization that come with Jump shops is invaluable since it keeps all of our ambassadors information and sales in one spot. Most importantly it is amazing to work with a company that is always eager to assist with any issue or problem that arises!
