I'm probably one of many "refugees" abandoning the sinking ship that is Stamped and finding a new home. Customer Service was super helpful with onboarding, getting my reviews imported properly, and all my various questions. The review widget itself is much lighter than Stamped resulting in faster speed times for my pages. LOVE the ability to send the review requests via Klaviyo. The admin has great UX and very user friendly. Features I wish they had or would add: -Native integration with Loyalty Lion to be able to give rewards points for reviews -UGC carousels integrated with social media channels to pull tagged photos over from and create carousels from those photos
