We recently transitioned to Junip from Yotpo, and the entire onboarding process was an absolute breeze. The platform made it easy to migrate, and our team was up and running in no time. A huge shoutout to our Customer Success Manager, Malvina — she’s incredible! She proactively checks in, is quick to respond to questions, and brings a wealth of knowledge that has helped us get the most out of the platform. Thanks to Junip, collecting and showcasing reviews has never been simpler. The experience has been smooth, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend!
