Junip has been such a great app for collecting and displaying customer reviews on my Shopify store. It’s easy to use, beautifully designed, and helps build trust with my customers. But what really stands out is the customer service- especially from Marcus. He’s gone above and beyond, offering detailed feedback and suggestions to help improve my website beyond just the app setup. That kind of genuine support is rare and so appreciated. If you’re looking for a review app that not only works perfectly but also comes with exceptional support, I can’t recommend Junip enough!

I'm really happy I chose Junip for my store. I had a few questions during the migration from Loox, and Leah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Always been my preferred review app. Doesn't have the issues that most other apps have. Very very easy to customize and has the nicest UI I've seen for both admin and storefront. Great support as well!!!!
