Amazing review app with amazing service! Junip provides better review software for a much better value than other shopify review apps. As I was getting set up I had a lot of detailed questions and Malvina from the Junip team was excellent. She guided me through all my concerns and ensured that the Junip app was optimized for my site. Highly recommend!!!

Such a positive experience. The chat customer service was beyond helpful. Leah was the person who responded to my request - I heard back within just a minute or two and I was able to have my problem fixed so fast!!

Fantastic product & support. Simple, easy-to-use, great interface and has most of the features you'd want in a review app. Doesn't have the noise/clutter that other similar apps have. Good bang for your buck and highly recommended!

Leah was incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I was having with sending review emails to our customers. She quickly identified the problem and provided a solution. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her patience made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, she followed up the next day to ensure everything was working perfectly.

I reached out to customer services after hours and left them a message with a question. Stuart immediately responded at 10:00 at night and answered my questions and helped me right away. The next morning everything was set and I was ready to go. Great customer service. Will continue to use and recommend them.

Exactly what you want in a review app. Simple, affordable, great features (w/o it being overloaded), and a clean design. They also have fantastic support (shoutout to Stuart). I've used a couple different apps in the past and highly recommend Junip!

We love Junip. Great customer support, friendly staff. They hold your hand throughout the entire process and make set up so easy. It is a full service app that is very user friendly. Highly recommend. Increases conversion better than most other Apps that we have tried. It is a great way for customers to provide feedback and allow us to ensure a great customer experience.
