The Junip team could not have been more helpful with the integration process of their app for our new Shopify store. They helped us migrate from one review platform to theirs and were so helpful along the way. The features of Junip are easy to use and seamless with our store. Super detailed app. Stuart provided prompt and excellent support with understanding the app functionality to the very minute detail. App could use more functionality with manual reminders. But overall best review app out there, 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic app! It was easy to import old reviews from my previous ratings app and the customer service can’t be beat. There are great options and customization available for a very reasonable monthly price. Highly recommend!

The app is buttery smooth and the support responsive. I experienced zero friction tooling this service. I think this app is just as good as, or better than, other bloated product and store reviews apps such as Yotpo. I highly recommend this app.

In comparison, we've got Junip up and running in less than 24 hours. Junip integrates seamlessly on our site to personalise the front end. In the back-end, we've got total visibility to track key metrics and manage reviews. Stuart & the team take customer support to the next level! They've gone out of their way to help us get up and running and they respond to support queries in MINUTES. I'm excited to see the features they'll roll out next on Junip.

We have just started using Junip, initially there was a little bit of a glitch with the reviews appearing in our store this was due to the Shopify theme we have chosen, but support was super fast, very helpful, identified what the issue was straight away & fixed the problem very quickly. Head & shoulders better than the others, and I've tried all of them. I feel that review apps have been lacking for quite some time, even though they are vitally important to merchants, like myself, in growing brand recognition and trust. The support was fantastic (like instant!), the forms are amazing & lots of other strong features (with more to come, I'm sure!!). I would definitely recommend that you give Junip a try if you want to make your brand stick in your customers' minds, and you're sick of all of the other junky review apps!

Looks great and does exactly whats needed. Great addition to the store. More importantly though, the customer support is exceptional. Stuart was there every step of the way from the initial conversation to onboarding and was a great help. Highly recommend this app - switched over from YotPo and won't be looking back.

honestly, I have never had a plug in app provide faster pop up chat and email customer service replies. Really seamless setup process. I love how the product rating stars show up on my product photos when you hover your mouse over them. Customer service is lightning fast.

Incredibly simple to set up and configure to work for my store. You won't find a more straightforward backend or pricing that makes this much sense.
