Exactly what you want in a review app. Simple, affordable, great features (w/o it being overloaded), and a clean design. They also have fantastic support (shoutout to Stuart). I've used a couple different apps in the past and highly recommend Junip!

We love Junip. Great customer support, friendly staff. They hold your hand throughout the entire process and make set up so easy. It is a full service app that is very user friendly. Highly recommend. Increases conversion better than most other Apps that we have tried. It is a great way for customers to provide feedback and allow us to ensure a great customer experience.

Easy to use and reasonably priced. Strikes the right balance of being simple enough yet having all the necessary features. Great support from Leah when we had an importing issue.

La aplicación está bien diseñada y es sencilla de configurar pero noto a faltar cosas. La primera es que no hay opción de cambiar las plantillas preconfiguradas a otro idioma que no sea el inglés. Esto hace que mis clientes que son hispanoparlantes reciban solicitudes por ejemplo de reseñas de productos con textos en Inglés. Actualización 16/07/2025 : Por fin han añadido plantillas en Español, 5 estrellas merecidas, ahora si.
Hi Oscar - thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. At the moment Junip is only available in English, so some portions of the app aren't able to be fully translated. However, we do hope to support this in the future. Regarding the integration you mentioned, Junip automatically adds structured data to your product pages that displays review rich snippets in Google search results, so no SEO integration is needed! I've also reached out via email to share some more details about how this works :)

Having worked in the Shopify ecosystem over the last decade as an e-com marketer, I find Junip to be the best reviews app on the market. It gets the job done, has lots of great and relevant features, and their onboarding team is second to none.
