It is a great application. I recommend this to everyone. As we scaled the program, there were some things that we wish this app had that we needed, like the ability to hide individual images for reviews and deep klaviyo integration. I'm sure the team is working on this but at this time we need to move on.

Junip's functionality is amazing, right out of the box. Their team is very responsive to questions and feedback, and their widgets look great on our website. Can't recommend this app highly enough! It's really all you need as far as a review app.

So far so good! Had some issues with uploading media when importing reviews but support agent Leah was very patient and helpful.

We've been using Junip for a year now. It's very simple and intuitive for both us as well as the customers. I have spoken with customer service a few times with questions and they're always available to chat (plus it's a human--not a bot!) Fair price for a great service :)

This is a great app with great customer service. In fact probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ever. Malvina is the best! She always helps me out!

The Junip team makes the transition incredibly easy from other platforms and we have noticed our reviews rate has gone up since making the switch.

They just spent 30 minutes finding and issue of why the review count wasn't showing up. It was due to some of my site's CSS. Huge thanks to Leah for finding it!
