Such a great reviews platform with a solid integration with klaviyo. Boosted our UGC capture rate on review emails by almost 30% with cross device capture. The Junip team is always very responsive and helpful when building strategies for workflows and helping with selective exports based on products (really hard to get in other providers)

Absolutely perfect. Everything about our experience with using Junip so far has been stellar. It's easy to set up, the widgets are easy to customize, there are out-of-the box integrations with Klaviyo and Gorgias and the onboarding has been really, really good. I highly recommend using Junip!

This app has boosted our UGC collection a ton, making our product reviews that much more effective. They were also very responsive and helpful when we ran into issues and were able to quickly resolve our problem.

I've been a long-time user of Junip, and I recommend it to every founder who asks. It just works exactly how you would hope it does, and we get more reviews as a result of their sleek review request system. We have used the most expensive options in the space, and we regret not moving to Junip earlier. It is a great value and the team is genuinely enjoyable to work with.

So far, Junip has been great! It was a super easy transition from our prior review service at a much better price. Malvina has been an excellent and supportive rep and is always there to answer any questions or concerns that pop up.

I can honestly say it's the best helpdesk experience I've ever experienced. (So all the other reviews that say this, they are right ;-) ) We are still working with the switch from another platform, but as far as we can see now it's all very sleek and well thought out. These guys know what they are doing. Well done Junip!

Amazing customer support! Very helpful and quick to respond. The reviews look really nice on page, too, and are very customizable. The only thing we are missing is a feature to change the language/translate some steps in the review process.
