It is a great application. I recommend this to everyone. As we scaled the program, there were some things that we wish this app had that we needed, like the ability to hide individual images for reviews and deep klaviyo integration. I'm sure the team is working on this but at this time we need to move on.

Loox was a beautiful and great platform, but we decided to try something more focused solely on reviews, leading us to Junip Reviews. The transition has been incredibly smooth, thanks to the clean and intuitive interface. The support team, particularly Leah and Robin, made the switch seamless by assisting swiftly with the importation of reviews and setup. Their dedication and quick responses were outstanding. Junip is literally everything we wanted for reviews for our small business! Fully customizable creative, affordable, a backend that is easy to use AND set up, AND google shopping syndication (which took some trial and error but the customer support team helped us through everything!) The level of personal support during setup is amazing, Malvina in particular was amazing!
