Great tool, once it will be completely customizable with the language i will defently give this one 5 stars, they also kind and helpful support staff.

Molto gentili nel provare ad aiutare, mi sembra che comunque il piano a pagamento aiuti di più (non che sia sbagliato)e si vedo ancora troppo basico l'utilizzo gratuito. Sto provando a seguire i loro consigli adesso, non facilissimo per una piccola attività gestita da una persona che deve curare tutti gli aspetti, ma comunque vedo che loro sono interessati a dare una mano e mi sembra giusto collaborare. Per ora lascio 4 stelle perchè vedo comunque dei limiti,ma potrei anche migliorarlo. Spero in futuro di poter usufruire del piano a pagamento con tutte le sue funzionalità, ma questo dipenderà soprattutto dal numero di feedback che riceverò :)

Easy to set up and great support when needed. Highly recommended and the only reason it's not 5 star is the relatively low awareness of Junip in the UK, otherwise great app.

This app was selected due to its capabilities and due to the high price of our previous product rating and rewards app Stamped. Although there are a few visual limitations with how the overall product review ratings are displayed, this app and the app's team has helped our site grow in product reviews, and customer outreach with their customer reply functionality. The Klaviyo and NOW Meta/Google integrations should also help our online presence and customer support when it comes to making a confident purchase. Biggest highlight: Their customer service team, chat, and email representatives are SO knowledgeable and are always there to help.

We haven't been using Junip very long, and haven't dug into all of the offerings yet but so far we've enjoyed the helpful guides for getting started, and their support team has been wonderful. Excited to see what's ahead for us now that Junip is along for the ride.

The app does a lot of nice tasks like gathering reviews and helping you show them on your site but there is confusion because not all of the reviews are showing on google and the support is not very nice or helpful. I asked why some of the reviews are missing and never heard back. And the links to check your products are wrong in the admin. That would be ok except I have to pay $70 per month which is very expensive.
