The Junip team makes the transition incredibly easy from other platforms and we have noticed our reviews rate has gone up since making the switch.

They just spent 30 minutes finding and issue of why the review count wasn't showing up. It was due to some of my site's CSS. Huge thanks to Leah for finding it!

Amazing customer service and super advanced product that is priced way better than the incumbents like Stamped that are built on old technology and have poor customer service. Love Junip!

Super user friendly with widgets and customer flows to collect reviews. Plus the Junip team provides some of the best support I've seen when it comes to questions on installation and best practices too!

We've just added this to our store and the customer service has been amazing (Thanks Malvina). It's so helpful to small businesses to get support like this so we can use the product properly and to its full potential. So far we've had a load more reviews than we did with our last review system and we're getting UGC content come through for the first time too which is priceless. Thanks Junip!

Super easy setup and install. Right off the bat, Junip will prompt you to have them send review-requests out on your behalf - which is insanely helpful if you're a store implementing reviews for the first time. The widget looks great on my site, and does not feel as though it intrudes anywhere. Super happy I got this installed.

Using Junip has been one of the best ways to increase our online sales organically. The app is super easy, and integrates seamlessly with my store. Which deserves 5 stars in itself, as many Shopify apps require so much leg work to get up and running, thus taking away quality time from my team. Switched over from the native shopify review app and wish I would've done so years ago. Junip app is super easy to use, clean UI and is loaded with features. The price compared to other review apps make it a no-brainer. 5 stars Junip!
