The UI for managing your reviews/flows is easy to navigate yet comprehensive enough for what you're trying to achieve. Also their support team is super responsive and helpful with answering any questions. The pricing is also very reasonable for the features provided. I can't recommend them enough!

Great app, simple. Customer service was VERY responsive and very patient when I said I didn't know what I was doing. :) We are just free version for now, but it seems more than sufficient as we start out.

JUNIP is really easy to set up and display on the online store. The process to import reviews from former app was really simple with a real time view. Malvina at Support Team was incredible : reactive, kind and helpfull !! She efficiently provided all solutions to go from former app to JUNIP. Even helping on bad displays linked to former app !! Very positive beginning of use !

The Junip platform and customer service have completely amazed me. Previously we used a larger company (who shall not be named), that was triple the price and promised the world, however, their customer service was non-existent. Stuart and Malvina have been incredibly helpful in not only the setup of our new platform but have already initiated the Google syndication process and our platform is now collecting 3x the reviews DAILY than it did with the other platform. As a company, social proof is everything and the Junip platform makes it easy for customers to upload photo/video in their reviews as quantifiable UGC on your product pages!

We switched to Junip after briefly trying out Yotpo for our new Shopify build. Love how easy it is to use, the beautiful UI, that it's hyper focused on reviews and UGC—and the incredibly helpful customer support team

Junip is marvelous. Very easy to install and get set up, and the back end is very intuitive. It looks great on our site, and the experience for people leaving reviews is very smooth. I highly recommend migrating to Junip if you're not happy with your current reviews provider. Very affordable, and frankly it functions way better than other review platforms I've used. It's rare in my experience for a Shopify app to work this well right out of the box. And their customer support is beyond stellar. Great work team, keep it up!

Junip is a 5-star review platform. Over many years, we had previously used Reviews.io, Stamped.io, Shopper Approved and Yotpo. We switched to Junip in 2022 partly because of the DEEP, DEEP integration with Klaviyo, as well as the on-page widgets (display UGC/reviews on site). It is also a very lean app -- page speed is not a concern as it was with other apps. The few times we needed support team, they were fast and professional. Can't say that for the others. We've been with Junip now for almost a year and we are thrilled with the product, and the opt-in rate for the review survey exceeds all other apps we had used. 5-stars!

Junip is a great review app, their on site widgets, review interface and mobile friendliness really make it stand out from the rest of the apps out there. The free plan is great if you are just starting out. They also have live support available on their back-end admin side which is really helpful.

Intuitive and fast for building social proof out the box! I was set up and integrated within no time and was able to push reviews based on customer order history. The emails generate an itemized list of products they have purchased and upon receiving a confirmed review, an incentive discount is sent. Clean UX and plays nice with our site thanks to our team at Baggy [who referred us!]

I was a Yotpo user... Now - I'm not... Junip has given our small business the ability to affordably: 1. Ask for reviews 2. Reward our customers with a coupon for taking the time to leave a review 3. Beautifully display and share our reviews 4. Display well on Google with our awesome reviews I'm SOOO happy I switched. They made it seamless and easy to do so. Their customer service answers SO Fast, whereas Yotpo would take forever to resolve simple problems. If you're considering switching - Just Do It! :)
