Junip Product Reviews App & AI

Junip has worked well for us especially with primarily subscription/Recharge orders. Marcus and their support team are always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommend if you're considering a reviews app!

Easy to set up and use, great tools available even on a free plan and the support team have been excellent!

So far so good, transitioned from stamped, due to pricing and interface. Happy with the move so far. The interface is much more responsive and easy to use. Grouping product reviews actually WORKS unlike stamped. Wish they had more display widgets so I could recreate some of the stuff I had with stamped, like email footer widget, just a widget on the homepage that shows total reviews and aggregate rating. I recreated it but had to do some hacky CSS and JS.

Junip was easy to integrate and customize quickly; the team has been open to feedback and product requests.

Exceptional service experience and fabulously featured app. I would recommend adding this app to your technology stack.

So far, the best reviews application I've seen for Shopify. Clean emails, clean UX, clean management, clean automation flows, etc., etc., etc. Quick install, seamless output to the theme, and fast response times. Junip was the 4th app I tried, and I haven't even considered looking for another after getting it setup.

Set up was simple and I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. The few questions I did have, I used the chat line for and Marcus was a tremendous help! He stayed on chat with me for about an hour walking me through the process.

I had trouble getting out reviews to display on our new Shopify theme but Marcus on the Live Chat had it sorted in under 5 minutes and showed me how to add them in future myself too. Excellent service, thank you!

Best review app out there. Super thoughtful design of both the UI, and features. Junip just gets it. I have tried "them all," when it comes to review & UGC apps. If you have or work with a DTC brand, I highly recommend you switch to/start with Junip.
