Set up was simple and I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. The few questions I did have, I used the chat line for and Marcus was a tremendous help! He stayed on chat with me for about an hour walking me through the process.

I had trouble getting out reviews to display on our new Shopify theme but Marcus on the Live Chat had it sorted in under 5 minutes and showed me how to add them in future myself too. Excellent service, thank you!

Junip is a fantastic review platform with everything you need for your store. Marcus and the team are oustanding and will help with anything you need. The app does a lot of nice tasks like gathering reviews and helping you show them on your site but there is confusion because not all of the reviews are showing on google and the support is not very nice or helpful. I asked why some of the reviews are missing and never heard back. And the links to check your products are wrong in the admin. That would be ok except I have to pay $70 per month which is very expensive.

Best review app out there. Super thoughtful design of both the UI, and features. Junip just gets it. I have tried "them all," when it comes to review & UGC apps. If you have or work with a DTC brand, I highly recommend you switch to/start with Junip.

Although I'm just getting started with Junip, I wanted to leave a word of appreciation for the amazing support provided by Marcus, in helping me manually install the snippets on our store. I've been using Junip for a few months now - no complaints! Their customer service is excellent! Switched templates and had some issues, which they were able to fix for me within a few minutes. Really appreciate the support.
