Forget the others, Junip is the review app you have been looking for. It has all the functionality you will need and its easy to learn because it looks like like shopify. Also, the best part is, unlike other review companies you wont have to take a second mortgage your house to afford it!

We are still in the phase of collecting reviews so haven't published this on our site yet. But so far everything has been very straightforward and it's been powerful / flexible enough for our business needs. More importantly, the customer support team is SUPER responsive and helpful - especially as we're using Klaviyo to set up our product review flow.

Junip has FANTASTIC customer service! They were so helpful and quick to respond, which made set up quick and easy. It's pretty user friendly to navigate too, we're excited to have made the switch to Junip from a different review collection site.

The Junip team could not have been more helpful with the integration process of their app for our new Shopify store. They helped us migrate from one review platform to theirs and were so helpful along the way. The features of Junip are easy to use and seamless with our store. Super detailed app. Stuart provided prompt and excellent support with understanding the app functionality to the very minute detail. App could use more functionality with manual reminders. But overall best review app out there, 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic app! It was easy to import old reviews from my previous ratings app and the customer service can’t be beat. There are great options and customization available for a very reasonable monthly price. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be more pleased with Junip. It was an incredibly simple, streamlined transition from Yotpo, and both the product the customer support have been outstanding.

The app is buttery smooth and the support responsive. I experienced zero friction tooling this service. I think this app is just as good as, or better than, other bloated product and store reviews apps such as Yotpo. I highly recommend this app.

They've gone out of their way to help us get up and running and they respond to support queries in MINUTES. I'm excited to see the features they'll roll out next on Junip.
