Junip Product Reviews App & AI

I have been using Junip for about a month and love it so far. Being able to request reviews from previous customers was super helpful. The interface is super clean and easy to use. Highly recommend!

We've only just started using this app so my rating is more a reflection on the service than its usability. The service has been above and beyond and having just moved over from Trustpilot we are excited to see all of the things Junip can do. We have a difficult store set up and it's the first one that's been able to accommodate that for us.

Allowing me to get review out in a dynamic way and increase customer engagement. The best part is the call for UGC - content is everything and Junip makes it easy

We left a Yotpo for Junip and are extremely happy with the switch. Super simple integration for our developers, super simple UI for managing reviews as well as customizing reviews for different products and product categories. I'm always impressed with their support team as well. They recently helped me through a complicated problem involving other apps/vendors and I couldn't be happier with the support I received.

Great app and review platform, we are using it for our headless shopify site. We are integrated through the API, and it works great.

I love how easy it is to use and integrate this app. The customization makes it flow perfectly with my site/brand. Better features, better support and a better pricing structure than almost every other competitor out there

Junip is excellent. We leverage SMS heavily as a brand, and I was surprised to find no other reviews product but Junip integrates with Postscript to allow us to request reviews via the same phone number our customers are already texting. It's a glaring gap that the Junip team has been wise to fill. Customer engagement with reviews has been great, and Junip provides a lot of power and flexibility in how customers are polled – rating custom traits along a scale, custom questions, etc. It's very well executed. There's less clarity that I'd like on how to customize the on-site embed css as a non-developer (we operate a headless store), and it would be helpful to have a resource that explained, say, all Junip classes and how to select them. That said, the team has been really responsive in helping us figure this out with personalized support. Onward and upward to Junip. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with this app. We also had a fantastic on-boarding experience with Marcus from Junip who helped us to optimise everything for success.

Still learning could be more friendly having issues seeing reviews ppl say they left and I go to see them and nothing is there so idk
