Strongly Not Recommended In the entire history of our company, we have never encountered as many serious problems caused by a single external provider as we have with the JUO subscription app. Unfortunately, nothing works properly. The system behaves unpredictably and creates constant operational chaos. For example, a customer selects free courier delivery at checkout, but upon subscription renewal is suddenly charged 12.90 for delivery. In another case, a customer has two separate subscriptions—one renewing every 21 days and another every 30 days—and the app automatically merges them into a single order without the customer’s consent. There are also situations where a customer selects Courier X, yet the app changes it to Courier Y on its own. These errors have repeatedly caused us to unintentionally misinform our customers, damaging trust and creating a situation that is extremely difficult to resolve. Customer support is equally disappointing. Responses are slow and inconsistent, sometimes taking up to two days. Even simple issues take far too long to resolve, and attempts to contact support by phone are ignored. There is a clear lack of urgency and accountability. What is most surprising is the number of positive reviews, which do not reflect our experience at all. Considering how unstable and faulty this application is, the pricing is unreasonably high—especially when you factor in the additional commission fees. We strongly DO NOT recommend JUO.
