Highly recommend K-Chat to any Shopify business. The support has been superb which is just what I needed as very wary of AI, but they have made it so easy. Definitely helping reduce the queries we were receiving having K-Chat, and increase sales with specific links straight to our shop items - like a very helpful virtual shopper using exactly the right language and thought that we want for our customers.
