We chose K1 because of the flexibility it offers for managing pre-orders, especially the ability to create campaigns based on tags, set dynamic expected shipping dates, and control how products behave when stock is replenished. Since we started using the app, we have already processed a considerable volume of pre-orders and it has fitted very well into our workflow. What really stands out, however, is the support. Yauheni has been extremely responsive and helpful, taking the time to investigate every issue we reported, implement fixes quickly, and even develop improvements based on our specific needs. We have also seen the app evolve very quickly as we provided feedback, which gives us a lot of confidence in continuing to use it long term. Highly recommended for stores that need a flexible and well-supported pre-order solution.

We were looking for a flexible solution to vault payment information during a pre-order period and this app does it well. In addition, we needed the ability to lower the price as more customers pre-order. Yauheni took the time to walk through the app with us and customize a few things to make it seamless with our current theme.

So far so good! Easy to setup - works pretty much right out of the box. Support is very responsive too - we had customisation that needed changing and they worked through the weekend to get it fixed.

AMAZING customer service, I'm on a free plan and they still got back to me in less than 5 minutes and even recored a video for me to follow, will definitely be looking to upgrade with K1 as we grow as a business.

I experienced an issue with the pre-order functionality after a Shopify update, where customers couldn’t complete their orders. K1 PreOrder & Deposit implements this essential feature in a clean, non-intrusive way that integrates seamlessly with your store’s existing design. I initially experienced some minor issues, which stemmed from a collection conflict on my end. The developer quickly assessed the problem, provided fixes, and even recorded a video explaining what they had done. K1’s ability to intelligently split in-stock and back-order products in a customer’s cart is a true game-changer - it’s hard to believe competitors don’t offer this functionality.

The app works great, it was very easy to activate and configure, rules can be activated/deactivated as needed, you can combine rules, provide partial payment or full payment options, it integrates seamlessly with the store theme, no custom styles, no custom scripts, no headache! congratulations to the developers! 10/10
