K1 PreOrder & Deposit implements this essential feature in a clean, non-intrusive way that integrates seamlessly with your store’s existing design. I initially experienced some minor issues, which stemmed from a collection conflict on my end. The developer quickly assessed the problem, provided fixes, and even recorded a video explaining what they had done. K1’s ability to intelligently split in-stock and back-order products in a customer’s cart is a true game-changer - it’s hard to believe competitors don’t offer this functionality.

The app works great, it was very easy to activate and configure, rules can be activated/deactivated as needed, you can combine rules, provide partial payment or full payment options, it integrates seamlessly with the store theme, no custom styles, no custom scripts, no headache! congratulations to the developers! 10/10

The app is very straightforward, and does what it is supposed to! I really like the badge that displays on the product, as it helps avoid any confusion and makes the pre-order items clear to customers. The customer service was amazing, they responded to questions right away.

First off, the app does exactly what it is supposed to. I was able to set items for pre-sale easily. I had an issue with my theme not displaying the pre-order button correctly but the company was very responsive and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Also, I asked for a new feature, for pre-sale to automatically limit quantity based on incoming purchase orders, and was told that they are working on this and it should be available soon. I highly recommend this plugin.

The app works great, allows me to do custom ready orders to be made and to allow people to BackOrder products that have not yet restocked. The app is very easy to set up in just minutes and if you have hiccups, customer service will help and even do it for you, but you'll probably be able to do it for yourself. This is all NEW to me and I did it without help. The customer service is also phenomenal. Fast Friendly and off the chart Helpful.

Ein kleiner Bug wurde auch sofort entfernt - großartiger Support <3 ENG The best app for pre-orders! I had a really, really great exchange with the developer and was even able to share a few ideas. Fantastic feature that works brilliantly, I now have print to order badges/banners and a replaced add to cart button for such products as well as line order information added to alert the customer before checkout. Support staff are excellent and quickly fixed a minor issue I had. I cannot recommend this app enough

Great app to handle Out of Stock behaviour. We're a retailer of jewelry brands and offer items as a backorder. With this app we're handling information to our customer (approx. delivery time per manufacturer) as well as information for our purchasing - customer orders can be tagged if we have to order something from the manufacturer. The app is constantly evolving and might have some slight hickups, however the team fixes them very quickly

Functions: - This app is brilliant. It offers a very fast way to set up preorder function, administration is self-explaining and in contrast to many other preorder apps it not only shows the pre-order function directly on product pages but also on collections or main page. Additionally you can fully adapt the design to the individual needs. Everything is fully translatable within the app. This feature, which is essential for all multilingual shops, is missing completely in other pre-order apps. - The development of additional features is progressing rapidly. New, helpful features were added every fortnight, which you can read about in the changelog: https://k1apps.notion.site/k1-preorder-manager-changelog - The developers are currently working on ensuring that the pre-order function works correctly not only when an item is out of stock, but also when there is a remaining stock. For example, if there are 5 items available but 6 items are purchased, then a split must be made into a immediately deliverable portion of 5 items and 1 item is handled as a pre-order. None of the pre-order apps we tested have this feature, even though they have been on the market for years. We can therefore describe the K1 Pre-order App as the most innovative, with its streamlined functionality that is perfectly tailored to Shopify shops. Support: We had contact with one of the support staff members, Yauheni, which did an incredible job. Support was fast, precise and perfect solutions were found. Thanks a lot.
