The support was very helpful and explained clearly the difference between Post Purchase and Thank You Page offers, supported payment methods, and how markets and currencies can affect the setup. Everything was answered quickly and clearly, and it helped me decide what setup is best for my store. Ryan was especially helpful throughout the conversation and gave useful advice.

Sebastijan was amazing he was very supportive professional and helped me for like 1-2 hours I strongly recommend. this app because of people like him and the plateform it self is amazing/professional and converts!! Everything is customizable and he taught me how to use everything 10/10!! The second person who helped me is called Domantas he also did good. But Sebastijan was my hero of the day and went beyond expectations!! I will definitely be staying here long term now!! Sebastijan deserves a raise and I am staying because now I understand the app and now how to use it. And tbh I was going to go to another plateform thank you guys and the team!!!

I’ve been using Kaching Apps for my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. First of all this App functionality is amazing. Flawless. No problems. Secondly, if there is anything, customer service of Kaching is top notch espically "Dovydas" and his colleague "Domantas". They even worked with me to solve some problems that were supplier related (when product is pushed to the store). Not Kaching problem at all. Still Kaching staff worked me for sometime to solve the issue. Awesome support!

Erikas hat mir sehr geholfen bei dem Lösen meines Problemes, ich hatte das problem das 20% extra rabatt auf den eigentlichen rabatt kamen, so wurde aus einem 75% Produkt ein 60% Produkt, da hat sie/er mir wirklich gut und schnell raus geholfen.
